Event Rules

  1. Baltic days SOLSTITIUM BALTICUM ’23 (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is a celebration that takes place from June 24th, 2023, at 12:00 PM until June 25th, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Willow Campsite (Rue du Grand Brou 48, 1320 Beauvechain, Belgium).
  2. Only individuals who have purchased an Event ticket or registered as Event volunteers (hereinafter referred to as Participants) are allowed to enter the Event.
  3. Each Event Participant agrees to familiarize themselves with the Event rules and agrees to abide by them.
  4. All Event Participants entering the Event venue are responsible for their own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of their children.
  5. Event Participants entering the Event venue are solely responsible for the security of their belongings, including the risk of loss or damage.
  6. Event participants must respect the rights and legitimate interests of other participants.
  7. Event participants under the age of 16 can only participate in the Event if accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility for the minor.
  8. Event participants are allowed to bring pets following the rules of animal keeping and care. Participants are responsible for their own pets and their behavior.
  9. Upon entering the Event venue, the Event ticket will be exchanged for an Event wristband, which will serve as the personal ticket during the celebration. The Event wristband must be worn at all times within the Event venue. It is prohibited to transfer the Event wristband to other individuals.
  10. The money paid for the Event ticket is a contribution to the organization of the celebration and is non-refundable.
  11. Accommodation services in the Event campsite are provided only upon purchasing the corresponding category of Event accommodation ticket.
  12. Tents or campers can only be set up in the designated area indicated by Event volunteers.
  13. The Event is environmentally friendly, so Event participants must maintain cleanliness at their designated areas and sort the trash. Trash bins for different types of waste are available in the campsite. Event participants must follow the instructions for waste disposal. Trash bags are distributed by Event volunteers.
  14. Only cash payments in euros are accepted within the Event venue.
  15. Filming and photography will take place within the Event territory. All materials, including images of Event participants, may be used later for Event promotion and communication purposes.
  16. Throughout the entire Event, it is prohibited to bring into the venue:
    1. Weapons;
    2. Drugs and related paraphernalia;
    3. Pyrotechnics, flammable substances, and explosive materials;
    4. Advertising materials without the consent of the Event organizers.
  17. The Event organizer, authorized personnel, and Event volunteers carry out the control and enforcement of the Event.
  18. Event participants who violate the Event rules will be immediately removed from the Event venue without the possibility of returning until the end of the Event.
  19. The Event organizer has the right to change the Event program in unforeseen circumstances.
  20. All copyrights of the Event name and logo belong to the Event organizer.
